Saturday Markets

Starting this Saturday, Block Factory Tamales will be at the Saugerties and Kingston Farmers Markets.  


In addition to our Tamales, we are offering some special menu items this Saturday: 

The  Saugerties Farmers Market starts at 10am - 2pm.  Since it's an early start, we will be offering a breakfast burrito made with free range eggs, bacon or sausage from Northwind Farms in Tivoli.

At the Kingston Farmers Market, we will be offering for the first time free range Chicken Satay with Peanut dipping sauce. 

We are also offering 2 types of delicious chimichangas! 

One is a cellophane noodle with shredded carrot and mint. 
The other is Slow roasted garlic basil pork.
Served with wasabi dipping sauce and horseradish vegan aeoli.  

 

And don't forget to try our Shiitake Mushroom Pesto and our Block Factory Hot Sauce

Vegan Shiitake Mushroom Pesto


We are excited to have you try our new Vegan Shiitake Mushroom Pesto! It is so delicious and contains a vegan cheese substitute called Parma instead of Parmesean cheese. Made using Shiitake mushrooms, fresh basil, walnuts, jalapeno peppers, crushed red peppers, olive oil, salt and pepper.

It's great spread on a bread or crackers. You can also use it in pasta or salads or spread it over fish or steak.

Mother's Day at Rhinebeck

This Sunday, we will be at the Rhinebeck Farmer's Market.

The special for Mother's Day will be free Agua Fresca to any mom! The Agua Fresca flavor will be Yellow Plum and Strawberries.


We will have 2 new special Empanadas tomorrow: 

Chipotle Chicken Pot Pie and 
Slow-cooked, basil garlic Pork and Sweet Potato
Served with homemade salsa and sourcream
