moedown September 2, 3, 4

We are looking forward to being a vendor at MOEDOWN for the 3 day music festival, September 2, 3, 4 at the Gelsten Castle Estates in Mohawk, NY! We'll be serving our tamales and special menu for the event.  Doesn't look like there will be any hurricanes this weekend so come enjoy some great FOOD and MUSIC from bands like: moe., Levon Helm with Bob Weir, TV on the Radio, and more!


TAMALES:
-Vegetarian Black Bean
-BBQ Pulled Pork
-Peanut Chipotle Beef
-Buffalo Chicken
All tamales served with your choice of potato salad or coleslaw

SOUPS:

-Black bean with creme fraiche

-Tomato tortilla soup

-Watermelon gazpacho

All soups served with choice of homemade buttermilk biscuit or homemade cornbread

BURRITOS:

-Breakfast Burrito: Free range eggs, bacon, on top of a bed of hash browns

-Black Beans and Rice

-Free range Beef and Chorizo

All burritos served with a side of guacamole, sour cream and salsa

QUESADILLAS:

-Mozzarella, prosciutto and fresh thyme and garlic

-Swiss chard and shiitake mushroom

All quesadillas served with guacamole, sour cream and salsa

TACOS:
-Free range Beef and Chorizo
-Roasted summer squash and zucchini with caramelized onion and goat cheese
-Free range Chicken
